Parsley Box appoints new independent auditor

 

Parsley Box, the direct to consumer provider of ready meals focused on the Baby Boomer+ demographic, announces that, after a competitive process, the Board of the Company has appointed RSM UK Audit LLP ("RSM") as the Company's new independent auditor.

 

Azets Audit Services ("Azets") has resigned as auditor of Parsley Box Limited, the Company's trading subsidiary, and in accordance with section 519 of the Companies Act 2006 has deposited a statement confirming that there are no matters to be brought to the attention of that company's members or creditors.
