B.S.D Crown Ltd (LSE:BSD) ("BSD" or "the Company") Parent company announcement Tel Aviv, Israel, 13 February 2015 The Company refers to its announcement of 3 February, 2015 and to anannouncement made yesterday evening in Israel by BGI Investments (1961) Ltd. ("BGI") (which beneficially owns Company shares representing approximately 25% ofthe total issued and outstanding share capital of the Company (excludingdormant shares) and controls in aggregate, directly and through proxies,approximately 44% of the voting rights in the Company). Capitalised terms usedbut not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Company'sannouncement of 3 February, 2015. Based on said BGI announcement, the Company announces that the parties to theTransaction entered into an amendment thereto on 12 February, 2015, pursuant towhich, the Transaction is now expected to complete by no later than 24February, 2015.
