Marchpole Holdings PLC06 November 2006 MARCHPOLE HOLDINGS PLC ("Marchpole") Successful conclusion to Ozwald Boateng proceedings Marchpole Holdings plc, the fast growing fashion brand management group, hasbeen successful in the Court of Appeal with its case against BespokeCouture Limited/Ozwald Boateng. All three Court of Appeal judges ruled on Friday 3 November that the license agreement continues and that the damages claim against Marchpole Holdings plcshould be dismissed. Furthermore, Bespoke Couture Limited/Ozwald Boateng was refused permission to appeal to the House of Lords and Marchpole Holdings plc has had costs awarded in its favour.
