End of Stabilisation Notice

Further to the pre-stabilisation notice announcement dated 30 September 2021, Citigroup Global Markets Limited (Contact: Naveen Mittel +44 20 7986 2175) hereby gives notice that no stabilisation (within the meaning of Commission Delegated Regulation EU/2016/1052 under the Market Abuse Regulation (EU/596/2014) and the rules of the Financial Conduct Authority) was undertaken by the Stabilising Manager named below in relation to the offer of the following securities and that the Stabilising Manager is terminating the stabilisation period early.
