Ownership in Marfin Investment Group Holdings S.A. - Judicial Proceedings

IRF European Finance Investments Ltd ('IRF') announces that the Court of First Instance of Athens has, after two hearings, prohibited Piraeus Bank from any further dealings concerning the 100.4 million Marfin Investment Group Holdings S.A. ('MIG') shares unilaterally acquired by Piraeus Bank.

A court hearing is scheduled for 20 February 2015, at which time the Court will hear IRF's petition for injunction measures seeking, inter alia, to place the above shares in the custody of National Bank of Greece pending the filing of IRF's main claim against Piraeus Bank.

IRF re-affirms its intention to fully protect its rights and interests against Piraeus Bank by exercising all the rights and remedies available to it.

IRF will continue to update shareholders of any material ongoing developments.
