In compliance with Rule 13.43 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ('HKSE'), Standard Chartered PLC today submitted to the HKSE an announcement that a meeting of a Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 5 March 2014 for the purpose of considering and approving the release of the Company's announcement of full year results for the year ended 31 December 2013 and recommending the payment of a final dividend for the year ended 31 December 2013.
In compliance with Rule 13.66(1) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ('HKSE'), Standard Chartered PLC today submitted to the HKSE an announcement regarding the proposed record date of 14 March 2014 in connection with the payment of the 2013 final dividend.
