('Grupo Clarin') announces that Credit Suisse Securities(Europe) Limited (Credit Suisse), in connection with the initial public offeringof Grupo Clarin's ordinary shares (the 'Global Offer'), gave notice on 14November 2007 of its decision to exercise its over-allotment option in respectof 7,190,200 ordinary shares at the offer price of Ps.29.14 per ordinary share.
