1. Change in Key Managerial Personnel

i. Resignation of Mr. Ganesh K V, Chief Financial Officer, Global Head - Legal & Company Secretary

Mr. Ganesh K V, Chief Financial Officer, Global Head - Legal & Company Secretary has resigned from the Company with effect from 15th June 2017.

ii. Appointment of Ms. Mehernaz Dalal as Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Mehernaz Dalal, Head Corporate Finance is appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 15th June 2017.

Brief Profile of Ms. Mehernaz Dalal

Ms. Mehernaz Dalal is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has headed the corporate finance function of Subex Limited along with various other managerial duties for around 5 years. Previously she has worked with Patni Computer Systems (IGATE). She has around 15 years experience in finance and managerial function areas.
