·; Re-appointment of Mr. Sudeesh Yezhuvath as the Chief Operating Officer & Wholetime Director of the Company for the period from April 1, 2011 to September 30, 2017 as per the terms and conditions including remuneration as approved by the Board and subject to approval of the members of the Company at the forthcoming general meeting.
