Result Of Audit Tender Process

 

 

WH Smith PLC announces that, following the conclusion of a formal tender process led by its Audit Committee, the Board has approved the proposed appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP ("PwC") to continue as its external auditor to take effect from, and including, the financial year ending 31 August 2025. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held in January 2024.

 

The Board of WH Smith PLC confirms that PwC are able to continue as auditor and are ensuring continued independence through partner rotation.
