Orsu Metals Corporation ("Orsu", or the "Company") (AIM: OSU, TSX: OSU) announces that on 5 September 2008, the Company was notified that Executive Chairman, Dr Sergey V Kurzin, purchased 350,000 ordinary shares in the Company as per the table below.
