Orosur Mining Inc. ("OMI" or the "Company") (TSX-V: OMI) (LSE: OMI) announces that on 27 October 2010, Mr. Julio C. Porteiro, Non Executive Director of the Company, exercised 25,000 options to purchase 25,000 Common Shares of the Company ("Common Shares") at an exercise price of CAD $ 0.60 each. Following this purchase Mr. Porteiro has an interest in 40,000 Common Shares representing 0.06% of the Company's issued share capital.
In addition, following the exercise of options by employees, the Company has issued a further 41,666 Common Shares at an exercise price of CAD $ 0.395 per share and 10,500 Common Shares at an exercise price of CAD $ 0.60 per share.
Application has been made for 77,166 new Common Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings will commence on 2 November 2010 in respect of those Common Shares. On Admission, the Company will have 64,919,592 Ordinary Shares in issue.
