Orosur Mining Inc. (“Orosur” or “the Company”) (TSX/AIM: OMI), the South American-focused gold producer, developer and explorer announces that it has issued 280,000 common shares of no par value ("Common Shares") following the exercise of options on 30 October 2016 by a number of its employees as follows:

Application has been made for the 280,000 Common Shares, which rank pari passu with the existing Common Shares in issue, to be admitted to trading on AIM and admission is expected to occur at 8:00am UK time on or around November 7, 2016 ("Admission").
Following Admission, the Company will have in issue 99,893,458 Common Shares and 6,336,239 options outstanding.
