Ladbrokes PLC15 June 2007 15 June 2007 Ladbrokes plc announces the following organisational changes: Richard Ames (Managing Director UK Retail), who currently reports to Alan Ross(Managing Director European Retail and Casino), will report directly to ChrisBell (Chief Executive) with effect from 2008. Richard will join the ExecutiveCommittee with immediate effect. This change will enable Alan Ross to spend more time on our European expansionplans, initially in Italy and Spain whilst continuing to lead Ladbrokes' keyrelationships with Government, the industry and the Gambling Commission.
