Ordinary Dividend Payment

The Board of Bristol Water plc has declared an interim ordinary dividend for the six months to 31 March 2012 of £1,488,118.06, equivalent to 24.81 pence per ordinary share. This will be paid to its immediate parent company on or before 30 March 2012.
