Numis Corporation PLC30 September 2005 Numis Corporation Plc ("Numis") Share options The Board of Numis announces that, today, an employee surrendered options over550,000 (0.53%) Numis shares. The Numis Employee Share Trust ("the Trust") heldthese shares. The options were at an average exercise price of 38.0p per share.Subsequently, today, the Trust disposed of 550,000 (0.53%) Numis shares at anaverage price of 38.0p per share to a discretionary trust established by theemployee. The Numis shares referred to above are Numis' ordinary shares of 5p per shareand the total number of shares in issue is 105,161,583. Director's Dealings The Board further announces that, Oliver Hemsley, the Chief Executive officer ofNumis, today transferred from his personal registered holding, 53,000 ordinaryNumis shares into his private pension fund.
