Further to the announcement on 25 September 2013 regarding the appointment of Stewart McGarrity as Finance Director, details are set out below of his option entitlements over ordinary shares in the Company of 10p each under the Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme, which were granted when he initially joined the Company.
