Operations Resume at Mooinooi and Millsell

Sylvania Platinum Ltd, the low cost Platinum Group Metal processor and developer, today advises that its operations at the Mooinooi and Millsell plants in the Bushveld Igneous Complex, South Africa have resumed.

As announced on 17 September, Sylvania management decided to temporarily suspend operations at its Mooinooi and Millsell SDO plants on 15 September due to on-going hostile marches and intimidation of staff members by neighbouring mines' employees.

As previously advised, the Company reviewed the situation on Monday evening, 17 September 2012, and is confident that the measures taken by the South African Government and Police Services have made it safe for its workers to resume operations.
