Aquarius Platinum Limited ("Aquarius" or the "Company") advises that operationshave resumed at the Kwezi shaft of the Kroondal Platinum Mine ("Kroondal")following the lifting of suspension notices issued on 25 March 2013. Miningoperations were temporarily suspended following a fatal accident at the mine.

The temporary suspension of mining operations resulted in a loss ofapproximately 1,500 (4E) ounces of production attributable to Aquarius.

Aquarius continues to support the enquiry into the accident by the Departmentof Mineral Resources, The tragic accident occurred 21 days after Kroondal hadachieved 2,000,000 fatality free shifts.
