Operational Update

Golden Saint (AIM: GSR) is pleased to announce the following operational updates:

Tongo

The Company is continuing to recover diamonds and gold through its bulk sampling process in the Tongo licence area. Six more diamonds (2.77 carats, 1.82 carat, 1.0 carat, 0.8 carat, 0.53 carat and 0.325 carats) have been recovered from the Tongo stock pile and a total of 12.8 grams (including the 3-4 grams announced on 27 April 2015) of gold have been recovered to date. The balance of the concentrate has been transported to the Bo office for further detailed separation. In view of recent recoveries, it is likely that the Explorer 1 will remain in Tongo for the remainder of the year and continue washing gravel throughout the rainy season. Extraction of gravel in preparation for the rainy season has begun.

Baja

The Company has made preparations to begin soil sampling in the Village/Chiefdom of Baoma in the Bo District which is under the Company's Baja licence area. Located on this concession is the old Magna Egoli Diamond Mine which was controlled by Fauvilla Ltd and is located on the eastern part of the country along the Sewa River, near the Koidu and Tongo diamond regions. The Company's local Managing Director Mr Timothy Bangura and its Senior Business Consultant Mr Alimamy Wurie visited the area together with the Company's Senior Geologist Mr Ernest Gbappi. The Baoma area is ranked as a 'priority one area' according to the results of the Airborne Survey that were announced in March 2014. It is expected that a second explorer bulk sampling machine will be purchased later this year for this area.

Zimmi

Local miners in Zimmi, who are sponsored by Golden Saint Diamonds (SL) Ltd (Golden Saint's 75 per cent. owned subsidiary) have also recovered a further six diamonds - 2.54 carat, 1.3 carat, 0.73 carat, 0.69 carat, 0.30 carat and 0.26 carat.

It is intended that the diamonds found in Zimmi and in the Tongo licence area will be collated over the coming weeks in Sierra Leone then sent to Perth for sorting prior to being despatched for cutting and polishing.
