Operational Update

Further to previous announcements regarding the run-down of the Company's metals trading business, the board of directors of Ambrian (the "Board") can now confirm that this process is complete, with all trades having been wound down in an orderly manner and staff within that operation now made redundant.

The Board is currently assessing a number of strategic options with regards to its cement operation in Mozambique ("Cimentos da Beira") and has appointed Verdant Capital, an African corporate finance specialist, to assist it in that process.
