Davis Service Group PLC29 January 2007 29 January 2007 THE DAVIS SERVICE GROUP PLC Operational management change The Davis Service Group Plc (the "Group") announces that Christer Strom, theChief Executive of the Sophus Berendsen operations on the Continent, will leavethe Group on 30 June 2007. Christer joined Sophus Berendsen in 2001 as Managing Director of the Swedishoperation and was promoted in January 2005 to his current appointment. He willleave the Group after six years' success in delivering the profit potentialinherent within Berendsen to take up a global appointment elsewhere. Roger Dye, Chief Executive of Davis, said: "I wish Christer every success for his future. He has been a successful colleague and a valued member of the Davis team and will leave the Berendsen operations in good shape, focused on their next stage of organic and acquisition led development.
