Report 66/2010: Opening the winding-up of the subsidiary Holding Sp. z o.o.

The Management Board of Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna ("the Bank") hereby informs that on 20 October 2010 the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Holding Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warszawa, Marynarska street no. 10 (00-976 Warszawa), registered in Register of Entrepreneurs hold by District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Division of National Court Register KRS No. 0000030763, REGON 013161919, NIP 521-29-29-329 ("the Company"), which the Bank is the only shareholder, took: Resolution no. 1 on winding-up and opening the winding-up of the Company within the date the Resolution was taken, and also Resolution no. 2 on appointment of liquidators of the Company - Mr. Artur Andrzej Czyż, Mr. Robert Piotr Rajczakowski and Mr. Rafał Mikołaj Pac - Pomarnacki, who previously were the members of the Company's Management Board.
