Harvey Nash Group PLC07 September 2006 HARVEY NASH GROUP PLC("Harvey Nash" or "the Group") Opening of Scottish office Harvey Nash is pleased to announce that it is opening a new office in Edinburgh,Scotland which will provide the Group's services to existing and new clientsbased in Scotland. A subsidiary company in Scotland, Harvey Nash Consulting (Scotland) Limited hasbeen created in which Harvey Nash will own 70% and the remainder will be held bykey employees. Harvey Nash will buy back shares it does not already own atspecified intervals over four years commencing 1 May 2010, with the value ofshares being determined by future financial performance criteria. Consideration will be settled through the issue of Harvey Nash ordinary sharesand will be capped at a maximum value of £600,000. New ordinary shares issuedpursuant to this agreement will be identical to and rank pari passu with theGroup's existing issued ordinary share capital, and will be issued at the marketprice at that time.
