Cyan Holdings Plc30 April 2008 Press Release 30 April 2008 Cyan Holdings Plc ("Cyan" or "the Group") Cyan opens new Asia office Cyan Holdings Plc (AIM: CYAN.L), a fabless semiconductor company providingconfigurable application software and production ready modules based on featurerich, low power, microcontroller chips, has received the required authorisationto open an office in the People's Republic of China. Cyan's first Asia office was opened in Hong Kong in 2005 and supports sales inthe Asian region including the People's Republic of China. This new office islocated in the central region of Shenzhen city, Futian, and will allow Cyan todirectly support customers and partners in the People's Republic of China withlocal personnel. This office will eventually accommodate product development tosupport partners such as South West Computer. It will also provide a base foroperations, managing module manufacture for Cy-SolvedTM and other products plustechnical support engineers for customers throughout China. The Futian district of Shenzhen is home to a growing number of technologycompanies and is conveniently located for Shenzhen's exhibition centre. Cyan'soffices in the Golden Central Tower are similar in size to the original HongKong office which was increased to 1300 sq ft, double the floor area, in 2007.
