Daniel Stewart opens Kuala Lumpur office - further boosting geographic reach and global sales force

Daniel Stewart (AIM: DAN.L), stockbroker and corporate finance adviser to smaller and medium-sized companies, is pleased to announce further geographic expansion with the opening of an office in Kuala Lumpur.

The office will be run by MENA-RL - Daniel Stewart's 100% owned international subsidiary which is headed by Adam Wilson. The Asian hub is already helping to drive business with Daniel Stewart named broker and joint-broker for AIM-traded Peninsular Gold and Biofutures International Plc respectively. It has also been appointed financial adviser to two other Malaysian based companies.

By further strengthening its international sales team and distribution channels, Daniel Stewart aims to benefit from increased opportunities to raise capital abroad as it builds on the momentum achieved in the year to date.

Earlier this year Daniel Stewart completed the acquisition or MENA-RL - which added significant regional presence across Europe, Africa and the six Gulf Cooperation Council ("GCC") Member States - with offices in Dubai and Cape Town. Additionally, it continues to benefit from increased activity in the US OTC QX market. A key driver here has been the Company'sresearch distribution arm in the US via its partner Madison Williams (previously called SMH Capital Inc).
