OneView Commerce signs worldwide SaaS agreement with Rapha Racing

 

OneView Group (AIM: ONEV), the retail industry's leading provider of digital point of sale (POS), announced today that Rapha Racing Ltd ("Rapha") has signed a multi-year SaaS agreement for OneView's Cloud POS framework, Inventory Management, and Enterprise Promotions modules to support an omnichannel sales experience in its 20 Rapha Clubhouses in key cities throughout the world.

 

Rapha provides cycling apparel and accessories from its innovative Rapha Clubhouses, which combine retail, a café and cycling culture under one roof.

The OneView cloud-based solution will extend Rapha's successful omnichannel retail and customer engagement strategy into its Rapha Clubhouses in 11 countries with further expansion planned this year. The solution will provide customers with a consistent experience whether shopping online or in the physical store. OneView's ability to support Rapha's global presence, while providing a centralised view of sales, inventory and customers, was a key factor in Rapha selecting the OneView Digital Store Platform.
