OMV will publish the Q3 2016 Trading Statement

OMV Petrom S.A. announces its shareholders, investors and analysts that OMV, its majority shareholder, will publish the Q3 2016 Trading Statement on October 21, 2016, at 9.00am local time (8.00am CEST, 7.00am BST). The Trading Statement will be available on OMV's website www.omv.com > Investor Relations > Investor News > Trading Statement. This trading statement provides basic provisional information for the third quarter of 2016, including data on the economic environment as well as OMV's performance during the period.

OMV Petrom will report its consolidated results for January - September and Q3 2016, prepared according to the International Financial Reporting Standards, on November 9, 2016 at 8.30am local time (7.30am CET, 6.30 GMT).
