In accordance with clause 7.2 of JSE Limited Listing Rules, Old Mutual Life Assurance Company (South Africa) Ltd (OMLAC(SA)) (Registration number 1999/004643/06) hereby notifies its debt investors that it has publicly released the Audited Annual Financial Statements (AFS) for the year ended 31 December 2014.
