OILEX COMPANY SECRETARY

Oilex Ltd advises that as from 31 March 2011, Mr Jay Laurie will no longer be Company Secretary for Oilex and will be leaving the Company. Oilex thanks Mr Laurie for his valuable contribution as Company Secretary since May 2009 and as General Counsel since March 2007.

Mr Ben Clube has been appointed as Company Secretary with effect as from 31 March 2011.
