Oil & Gas Authority ("OGA") Approval

RockRose Energy PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the OGA has confirmed to RockRose that Maersk Oil North Sea UK Ltd ("Maersk") will receive consent from the OGA for the assignment of their interest in licence P218, which contains the Scott (Maersk 5.16%) and Telford (Maersk 2.36%) fields, to RockRose in due course. The Company and Maersk are progressing towards completion of the acquisition of interests in the Scott and Telford fields.
