OFT CLEARS THE COMPLETED GRANTFINDER ACQUISITION
On 22 June 2010, IDOX plc (AIM: IDOX, 'IDOX' or the 'Company'), a leading supplier of software and services to the UK public sector, announced that the Office of Fair Trading (OFT), under Section 5 of the Enterprise Act 2002, was investigating the Company's acquisition of Grantfinder Ltd, announced on 4 May 2010.
Today the OFT has announced that it will not refer to the Competition Commission the acquisition of Grantfinder.
