SECURE PROPERTY Development & Investment plc, the South Eastern European focused property and investment company, announces that, having received approval to change its name from SPDI SECURE PROPERTY Development & Investment PLC to SECURE PROPERTY Development & Investment PLC at the Company's EGM on 5 May 2014, the change has now been effected. The Company's ticker on the London Stock Exchange remains SPDI.
