Application to be Admitted to Official List

Hamilton, Bermuda - The Company announces that an application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange Plc for a total of 1,196,214 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

These Shares are being issued in respect of the Company's Scrip Dividend Alternative in respect of the final dividend and will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary shares.
