On 23 March 2021, Cablevisión Holding S.A. (the "Company") informed the Argentine Securities Commission and the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange that the Company's Board of Directors had (i) accepted the resignation submitted by Mr. Agustín Medina Manson as Officer Responsible for Market Relations, and (ii) in his place, appointed Ms. Samantha Lee Olivieri, ID No. 92,379,548, as Main Officer Responsible for Market Relations and Ms. Valentina López, ID No. 33,133,772, as Alternate Officer Responsible for Market Relations.
