Update to Cash Offer

Further to the announcement on 14 December 2016 of the cash offer (the "Offer") for shares of B.S.D Crown Ltd. ("BSD") (as modified on 20 October 2016 and 15 November 2016), pursuant to which the Offeror currently offers to purchase up to 15 per cent. of the issued and outstanding share capital of BSD, the Offeror is pleased to announce that as of 18 January 2017, the Offer acceptance period has ended.

The results of the Offer will be announced shortly. It is expected that settlement of successfully tendered shares of BSD will occur on or before 8 February 2017.
