Cancellation of Listing
Dawson Holdings PLC ("Dawson") and Smiths News PLC announce that ordinary shares of Dawson ("Dawson Ordinary Shares") ceased to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange and that the listing of Dawson Ordinary Shares on the Official List was cancelled, with effect from 8.00 a.m. (London time) this morning.
