Offer Update: Court sanction of Scheme of Arrangement
CapRegen plc is pleased to announce that the High Court of Justice has today made the Order sanctioning the Scheme of Arrangement, as described in the announcement of 9 June 2009, by which the cancellation of Scheme Shares is being implemented.
Pending the filing of the Order with the Registrar of Companies, the anticipated Effective Date of the Scheme is 23 July 2009 and share certificates in respect of the new Tarsus Shares due to Scheme Shareholders are expected to be despatched by 6 August 2009. The CapRegen Shares were suspended from trading on AIM on 21 July 2009 and will be cancelled from trading on AIM with effect from 24 July 2009.
Terms defined in the Scheme Document shall have the same meaning(s) when used in this announcement.
