Chrysalis VCT PLC04 August 2005 Chrysalis VCT plc4 August 2005 Chrysalis VCT plc announces that it has now completed the compulsory acquisitionof the remaining shares in Chrysalis A VCT plc, Chrysalis B VCT plc andChrysalis C VCT plc and now owns 100% of the issued share capital of each ofthese companies. The Company has applied for 2,041 of its ordinary shares issued in connectionwith the above offers to be admitted to the Official List of the UK ListingAuthority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's market for listedsecurities. It is expected that admission will become effective and thatdealings will commence on 5 August 2005. Following the issue of the sharesunder the offers for the above companies, and the subsequently announcedpurchases of its own shares for cancellation, Chrysalis VCT plc now has36,229,424 ordinary shares in issue.
