The Court has also authorised that on 26 October 2007 Sondex be re-registered asa private limited company. The Court's order will be filed at Companies House on 26 October 2007, at whichtime the Scheme will be effective. Sondex confirms that it has made an application to the UK Listing Authority forthe cancellation of the listing of its ordinary shares of 10 pence each,effective 8:00am on 26 October 2007. Application is also being made to theLondon Stock Exchange for the cessation of trading in the ordinary shares of 10pence each, 8:00am on 26 October 2007. Sondex will make a further announcement when the Scheme has become effective andits shares have ceased to be listed and trading on the Official List of theLondon Stock Exchange.
