Offer update
On 4 November 2008, as part of its pre-close update, Travelzest announced that discussions with the potential offeror were continuing and that completion of the due diligence process was anticipated in December 2008.
Travelzest has now been informed by the potential offeror that, as a consequence of the current uncertainties in financial markets, they have decided not to make an offer for the Company. Consequently, the Board announces that discussions in relation to the offer have been terminated.
Further to the pre-close update announced on 4 November 2008, Travelzest continues to trade in line with management expectations.
