Whilst the Company has subsequently received proposals indicating interest inConsort Medical, those were not considered to adequately reflect the value ofConsort Medical and its prospects. Accordingly, the Company confirms that it is not engaged in any discussionsregarding a potential offer for the Company. As previously stated, trading in the first half ended 27 October 2007 forConsort Medical is in line with the Board's expectations.
