Park Group PLC29 November 2005 29 November 2005 PARK GROUP PLC ('PARK') OFFER TALKS DISCONTINUED The Board has been informed by the management group led by Mr Peter Johnson thatthey are not now in a position to put forward an offer for Park. Accordingly,the talks about a possible offer have been discontinued. The Board will nowreview alternative options for generating value for shareholders.
