Offer for Subscription - Update

The Company published an Offer Document on 26 January 2026 to raise up to £20 million, with an over-allotment facility to raise up to a further £15 million, through the subscription of up to a maximum of 60 million ordinary shares of 1p each (Offer). Full details of the Offer are contained in an offer document (Offer Document).

The Directors of the Company are pleased to announce that, following strong client demand and on the basis of subscription forms received as at 15.00 on Wednesday 11 March 2026 (and assuming that they are all accepted), the initial Offer is now in excess of 90% subscribed.

In light of the strong support and in order to accommodate further demand, and in accordance with the Offer Document, the Board has decided, after consultation with Unicorn Asset Management Limited (UAM), the Company's Investment Manager, to utilise the over-allotment facility and increase the Offer by a further £15 million.

The Offer remains open and will close for applications at 12.00 noon on 2 April 2026 in respect of the 2025/2026 tax year and 5.30 p.m. on 31 July 2026 in respect of the 2026/2027 tax year (or, if earlier, as soon as the Offer is fully subscribed or otherwise at the board's discretion).
