Biofrontera stabilizes shareholder structure
· Block trade completed off-market
· Biofrontera enters essential growth phase with long-term investors
Leverkusen, 08 April 2015 - Biofrontera AG (AIM/FSE: B8F), the biopharmaceutical company focusing on skin cancer, has stabilized its shareholder structure through an off market block trade of shares. Following intensive selling over the stock markets, the one million remaining shares owned by Dr. Carsten Maschmeyer, through his investment funds, were sold to existing institutional investors in Biofrontera.
