ServicePower now offers a marketing automation and lead generation solution after signing OEM agreement with CDC Software
ServicePower Technologies Plc (SVR), a market leader for outsourced service and field management and CDC Software (NASDAQ: CDCS), a hybrid enterprise software provider of on-premise and cloud deployments, are pleased to announce the signing of a reciprocal original equipment manufacturer (OEM) agreement, whereby both companies will sell certain of each other's solutions.
ServicePower is expected to sell CDC MarketFirst, a marketing automation and lead generation solution, to their customers for use in recruiting new suppliers or selling services and products.
In return, CDC eCommerce is expected to offer ServicePower's SaaS claims and dispatch solution and on-premise scheduling product that can help customers manage their service lifecycle from offering an appointment, assigning resources, dispatching work, tracking resources, and processing claims.
