PASSENGERS +13.1%, LOAD FACTOR 92.9%; CO2/RPK -4.8% YoY

Geneva, November 4 2025: Wizz Air Holdings Plc ("Wizz Air"), Europe's environmentally most sustainable airline[1], announces passenger and CO2 emission statistics for October 2025.

In October 2025, Wizz Air carried 6.36 million passengers during the month of October, a 13.1% increase year on year. Seat Capacity increased by approximately 13.0% to 6.85 million seats. The load factor was 92.9%, unchanged from October 2024.
CO2 emissions per passenger/km were 49.2 grams, a reduction of -4.8% year-on-year. This is the third consecutive month with CO2 g per pax/km below 50.

Operational Highlights:
During the month, Wizz Air continued to refocus its network towards its core CEE markets:
· Yerevan, Armenia: Officially opened its new base at Zvartnots Airport on October 1st. Two Airbus A321neo aircraft will be stationed there, with a plan to carry over 1.2 million passengers to/from the airport this year.
· Podgorica, Montenegro: Announced on October 14th that it will open its 36th base. Two A321neos will operate from the airport, with scheduled capacity expected to reach circa 1.4 million seats a year, making Wizz Air the country's largest carrier.
