Octavia transfers its engagements to Abri
Yarlington Treasury Services PLC (the Issuer)
£120,000,000 3.41 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2057 (the Bonds)
Pursuant to section 110 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014, Octavia Housing (Octavia) has today transferred its engagements to Abri Group Limited (Abri), the parent of the Issuer.
