O2 testing new wholesale offer of ADSL services

Telefónica O2 is launching pilot operations of a new wholesale variant of ADSL services. The pilot is intended for wholesale partners. Testing will take place in a total of ten localities throughout the Czech Republic. Its objective is to check the system and network with regards to their synchronization for potential practical operation in the future.
The variant of wholesale ADSL being tested does not include an essential part in the form of the Telephone Connection (HTS) service. Therefore, the end user will not be subscribing to a service for access to the public telephone network together with ADSL. The price of the service during pilot operation is CZK 580 with VAT per month. The localities in which testing will take place are: Havířov, Jablonec nad Nisou, Kladno, Mělník, Opava, Prostějov, Říčany, Šumperk, Tábor, and Třebíč.
