NYCE Payments Network today announced it will offer mobile bankingand payments services to financial institutions -- the firstcommercially available service from a U.S. debit card paymentsnetwork. Monitise Americas and Metavante Corporation have signed anagreement through which NYCE will deliver the Monitise Americasplatform directly over its existing network architecture.
